As reported by The Verge, Friday (04/01/2016), if this is really the case, then the Android device users can see the notification on the phone while using their PC. This is similar to how notifications work on wearable devices, such as smartwatch.
In a Microsoft Build event yesterday, Microsoft talked to explain how the procedure will run this feature. Later notifications such as missed calls, incoming messages, other notifications from your Android phone will appear on the PC Windows 10. Users can also directly reply if such notifications in the form of messages or the like.
In order for the feature to work, Microsoft utilizes artificial virtual assistant Cortana bereka order to enable this feature. This is possible because Cortana is a smart virtual assistants. How it works, the first Cortana will build a central notification on your PC. This feature can also be turned off by the user if deemed unnecessary.
Unfortunately not yet known, when this feature can be used also by devices running iOS. However, if the Android platform get this feature, most likely iOS platform also soon get the same features. In addition, Microsoft has not given an official statement when these features can be enjoyed, but is expected in the near future.
