Leadership Coalition Yemen to Saudi Bombing Fifth Night

SANAA - Warplanes Arab coalition air strikes fifth night in a row against Shiite rebels near the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, and in several other places in the violence-torn country, said some residents on Monday (3/30/2015 ).

A number of fighter jets roared in the sky over Sanaa since Sunday at 21:00 (or Monday at 01.00 GMT) until around dawn, an AFP correspondent said.

Coalition led by Saudi Arabia has pledged to continue to attack until the rebels stop their rebellion against President Mansour Hadi Abedrabbo, who had fled to Riyadh.

A number of positions held by the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels and the Republican Guard soldiers guarding the presidential palace apostate believed to have been targeted in attacks overnight. A Republican Guard camp in the south of Sanaa also attacked, witnesses said.

People Huthi backed army units loyal to former president Ali Abdullah Saleh, who resigned in 2012 after a year of bloody protests.

In the area around Marib, 140 kilometers east of Sanaa, radar facilities and missile launchers device from the surface to the air being targeted, local officials said. In Yemen Western, anti-aircraft defenses were targeted in the port city of Hodeida. Some military positions further south along the coast, was also attacked
